Orders placed for Local Delivery will be processed the same day. Once your order has been submitted with payment you will then receive a confirmation email. 

 Shortly, someone from The A-List Beauty will contact you to arrange delivery time and date. Delivery fee for local deliveries covers the delivery driver fuel cost. The delivery fee is subject to change at anytime.

For orders placed for delivery with a mail carrier will be processed the same day. Once your order has been submitted with payment you will then receive a confirmation email in which you will be asked to respond to The A-List Beauty to confirm the shipping address is correct.

As stated in our Returns and Exchange policy we do not process refunds, returns or exchanges we ask that you please confirm the address.

Shipping fees are calculated by the mail carrier. The A-List Beauty collects this fee amount and forward it the the mail carrier.

The package will be sent to the mail carrier the next business day. Business days are Monday - Friday and excludes weekends and holidays. You will receive shipping and tracking information as soon as this information becomes available.

The A-List Beauty is not responsible for lost / stolen or damaged  packages once it has been handed over to the mail carrier. In the event that a package is undelivered ( Return to Sender) additional payment may be needed that is calculated by the mail carrier to have the package reshipped.
